That starts on day one. We coordinate your installation, work directly with your IT team, and train your employees to make sure everything goes smoothly. Once everything is up and running? We stick around.
Behind the scenes, we’re keeping an eye on things, too. We proactively monitor supplies, usage, and equipment alerts—sometimes we know there’s a problem before you do. When toner is running low, more is already on the way.
We regularly review your account to make sure everything still makes sense for your business. If something does go wrong, our typical on-site response is around two hours. The goal is simple: keep things running and keep printers off your to-do list.
